9.4 Manage Stakeholders

Managing project stakeholders is a critical project management activity that begins in the Initiating Phase of the project, when project expectations and requirements are identified, and ends in the Closing Phase, when stakeholders’ overall project experience and satisfaction are recorded.

Responsibility for this activity belongs to the EU Project Manager (EUPM). However, all members of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) should also be involved, in particular the Domain Coordinator (DM) who should help manage stakeholders on the Grant Requestor side (e.g., Project Target Group) as well as the Consortium Representative (CRs) for local stakeholders related to their share of project activities.
