Post-closing obligations
The Grant Agreement will generally include provisions and clauses to determine the obligations after the end of the project. These will rest on the Grant Owner (GO) as overall responsible and accountable for the project. The Partnership Agreement should be revised, and responsibilities and activities assigned to the project partners for these obligations, which may include:
- Maintenance and update of communication systems (websites or platforms).
- Maintenance and support for sustainability of project deliverables.
- Documentation storage for audit purpose (in some cases up to 5 years after project closure).
