6.2.2 Grant Agreement

The Grant Agreement is a written document memorializing the terms and conditions of the award granted for the implementation of the project proposal. It is signed by the legal responsible of the consortium Leader organization and the Contracting Authority (CA).

The Grant Agreement may also include amendments to the project proposal as indicated in the Evaluation Report of the Contracting Authority (CA). A template of the Grant Agreement is generally provided by the Contracting Authority CA).
