4.2.9 Project Core Team (PCT)
The Project Core Team (PCT) consists of the specialists that are responsible for the implementation of the project activities leading to the realization of the deliverables. As project activities are generally split into Work Packages, the Project Core Team (PCT) is composed of Work Packages Leaders and Work Packages Team Members. Its configuration depends on the size and type of project and is determined by the EU Project Manager (EUPM), and the Partner EU Project Managers (PtEUPM), according to the needs of the project.
Responsibilities
- Participates in developing the project scope and planning project activities.
- Carries out project activities based on the Project Work Plan and schedule.
- Produces project deliverables.
- Provides the EU Project Manager (EUPM) and the Partners Project Managers (PtEUPM) with information on the progress of activities.
- Participates in project meetings as needed and helps resolve issues.
- Participates in the Project-End Review Meeting during the collection of Lessons Learned.
