7.5 Project Reporting to the Contracting Authority (CA)

The reporting to the Contracting Authority (CA) is a commitment regulated by the Grant Agreement meant to update the Contracting Authority (CA) on relevant progress in project implementation and demonstrate the progress of the indicative plan for outputs and activities with respect to the approved description of the project and budget.

Generally, projects are required to report using specific templates and respecting defined deadlines. The Project Reports to the Contracting Authority (CA) typically include a narrative and financial part.

Key participants Description
EU Project Manager (EUPM) Responsible for the elaboration and submission of the Project reports
Partners Project Managers (PtEUPM) Support the EU Project Manager (EUPM) in the elaboration and submission of the Project reports for the assigned part of project activities
Financial Manager (FM) / Partner Financial Managers (PtFM) Support the EU Project Manager (EUPM) in the elaboration of the financial section of the Project reports.
Grant Owner (GO) Accountable for the submission of the Project Report.
