The Project Fiche is elaborated by the leader organization to search for potential partners to contribute to realize the project. It includes a description of the project idea based on the call for proposal’s objectives, as well as an estimation of the work needed, in terms of scope, time and cost. It has to be tailored to highlight the contribution to the project for each potential partner.
The Project Fiche is thus shared with potential project partners to get their approval to join the consortium that will submit the Project Application Form and implement the project.
