6.2.4.2 Project Management Plans
EUPM² Guide suggests several Project Management Plans (artefacts) which outline the various project management processes. These plans identify how an organisation manages relatively standard processes. These plans are the:
- Requirements Management Plan.
- Project Change Management Plan.
- Risk Management Plan.
- Quality Management Plan.
- Issue Management Plan.
Depending on the organisation and the project, different levels of documentation detail may be required. When sufficient, a definition of each management process or plan can be provided in the Project Handbook. When a more extensive and detailed description is needed, separate management plans can be instituted based on the EUPM² Guide templates and guidelines provided.
